Stillwater City Council election update

UPDATE

Councilor Amy Dzialowski was elected uncontested to seat 1 and Councilor Alane Zannotti was elected uncontested to seat 2. They were the only registered qualified voters to file a statement of candidacy for their respective seats during the filing period from Dec. 12-14, 2018.

They will each serve a four-year term on City Council.

The Payne County Election Board conducts all city council elections. The board is at the Payne County Administration Building at 315 W. 6th Ave., Suite 207. Election information is at http://www.paynecounty.org/election-board/.

Stillwater City Council election filing dates are Dec. 12-14

MEDIA RELEASE

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Dec. 11, 2018) – Residents interested in running for Stillwater City Council can file for the election the week of Dec. 12-14 at the Payne County Election Board.

Council seats number one and two are up for election. They are each four-year terms.

The spring municipal general election is Feb. 12, 2019. A run-off election is scheduled for April 2, 2019, if needed.
