Agenda available for July 20 City Council, SUA & SEDA meetings

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / July 16, 2020) – Stillwater City Council, Stillwater Utilities Authority and Stillwater Economic Development Authority will meet over videoconference for special meetings this Monday, July 20.

The meeting will be held over Zoom, a videoconference platform. Residents are encouraged to watch virtually, though the Council Hearing Room at the Stillwater Municipal Building (723 S. Lewis St.) will be open to the public. Face coverings are required in the Council Hearing Room, and will be provided to residents upon entry.

For those wishing to speak via teleconferencing, please provide a phone number and someone will call you before the public comments portion of the agenda to place you in a queue. Requests to speak must be submitted by 3 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

In response to the COVID-19 virus and the ongoing social distancing guidance issued by President Trump, Governor Stitt, and national and state public health entities, amendments were made to the Open Meetings Act that allow for public bodies subject to the Open Meetings Act to hold “virtual meetings” via videoconference and teleconference.
