(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Jan. 26, 2021) – Stillwater City Council and Stillwater Utilities Authority met for regular meetings Monday, Jan. 25 in the Winfrey Theater in the Community Center. Stillwater City Council

Public Hearing

  • Staff presented on the text amendment to City of Stillwater Flood Hazard Regulations, 23- 374(a)(4), 23-374(b)(1), and 23-374(b)(4), the floor was opened for public comment, staff presented recommendations and Council voted to move Ordinance No. 3470 to second reading

General Orders

  • Approved budget amendments recommended in the 2nd quarter financial report

  • Accepted grant from the Oklahoma Arts Council to Stillwater Community Center and approved budget amendment reflecting the $15,000 grant revenue

Stillwater Utilities Authority

General Orders

  • Approved relocation of the electric service drop at the Community Center, authorized expenditures up to $45,000, and approved the budget amendment appropriating expenditures

Agenda Available for Jan. 25 City Council & SUA meetings

MEDIA RELEASE

(STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA / Jan. 21, 2021) – Stillwater City Council and Stillwater Utilities Authority will meet for a special meeting Monday, Jan. 25.

The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Winfrey Theater in the Community Center at 315 W. 8th Ave. Face coverings are required in the Community Center and will be provided to residents upon entry. 

These meetings have been moved from their usual location at city hall in order to accommodate for social distancing in light of the expiration of the Governor's temporary order allowing teleconference meetings.
