(STILLWATER, OK) – Stillwater City Council will meet for a study session Monday, September 27 in the Council Hearing Room at 723 S. Lewis St.
Council will receive a presentation from staff, Carollo Engineers and Burns & Mconnell for project definition services, options, costs and benefits for upgrades to the Kaw water delivery system and the Water Treatment Plant.
