What We're Doing
The City of Stillwater and the Stillwater Utilities Authority are replacing sewer lines in the College Gardens Area (University to Admiral, Western to Redwood).

Updates
Sept. 14, 2020: Kimley-Horn & Associates was selected, and approved by SUA, to provide design services.
Oct. 21, 2020: The kick-off meeting between staff and the Engineer occurred October 5th. Staff is currently gathering necessary data from the project areas to send to the Engineer.
Nov. 25, 2020: Design for new street improvements and utility relocations on Monticello Drive is progressing.
Jan. 26, 2021: Engineer is working on Preliminary Engineering Report for the entire project area.
Feb. 8, 2021: Engineer received approval from staff to progress to 65% design on Monticello Drive.
Mar. 1, 2021: Engineer submitted Draft Preliminary Engineering Report, which is currently being reviewed by staff.
Apr. 8, 2021: Staff submitted comments on the Draft PER and the Engineer is currently making revisions.
May 3, 2021: The SUA authorized Amendment #1 to the PSA with Kimley-Horn for additional design services to relocate the sewer line between Western Road and Jefferson Street ahead of ODOT's 6th Avenue project.
May 17, 2021: The 65% design plans for Monticello Drive are currently being reviewed by staff. This part of the project has been fast-tracked to accommodate planned roadway improvements.
May 27, 2021: Sewer flow monitoring is complete and will be incorporated by the Engineer into the PER.
July 30, 2021: 90% PER was submitted and currently being reviewed by staff.
August 2, 2021: 90% design plans for Monticello Drive were submitted and currently being reviewed by staff.
December 1, 2021: The Engineer has begun submitting the 65% design plans for the entire project area.
January 10, 2022: The final PER has been received and Kimley-Horn is working on solutions for the University Avenue sewer line replacement.
