What We're Doing
The City of Stillwater and the Stillwater Utilities Authority are replacing water lines in the College Gardens Area (University to Admiral, Western to Redwood), Westwood/University Area (Willis to Jefferson, University to 6th Avenue), and in the Wicklow Area (8th Avenue and 10th Avenue, and Devon to Western).

Updates
Sept. 14, 2020: Kimley-Horn & Associates was selected, and approved by SUA, to provide design services.
Oct. 21, 2020: The kick-off meeting between staff and the Engineer occurred October 5th. Staff is currently gathering necessary data from the project areas to send to the Engineer.
Nov. 25, 2020: The design for new street improvements and utility relocations on Monticello Drive is progressing.
Jan. 26, 2021: Engineer is working on Preliminary Engineering Report for the entire project area.
Feb. 8, 2021: Engineer received approval from staff to progress to 65% design on Monticello Drive.
Mar. 1, 2021: Engineer submitted Draft Preliminary Engineering Report, which is currently being reviewed by staff.
Apr. 8, 2021: Staff submitted comments on the Draft PER and the engineer is currently making revisions.
May 3, 2021: The SUA authorized Amendment #1 to the PSA with Kimley-Horn for additional design services to relocate the sewer line between Western Road and Jefferson Street ahead of ODOT's 6th Avenue project.
May 17, 2021: The 65% design plans for Monticello Drive are currently being reviewed by staff. This part of the project has been fast-tracked to accommodate planned roadway improvements.
July 30, 2021: 90% PER was submitted and currently being reviewed by staff.
August 2, 2021: 90% design plans for Monticello Drive were submitted and currently being reviewed by staff.
December 1, 2021: The Engineer has begun submitting the 65% design plans for the entire project area.
January 10, 2022: The final PER has been received.
