Power/Electric Outages

You may use your phone number (if linked to your utility account) or your meter number to report a power outage.

Your reporting options are as follows:

• My phone number is linked to my utility account: Report your outage online

• My phone number is not linked to my utility account, but I know my meter number: Report your outage online

• I have a current outage, and I'm unsure if my phone number is linked to my utility account: Call 24-Hour Utility Assistance at (405) 372-3292, and press option 6. 

  • Note: There are only eight phone lines available. If you're unable to get through the first time, call again.

  • Note: Facebook, Twitter and the City's Report & Track webpage should not be used to report outages. 

• I don't have a current outage, and I'm unsure if my phone number is linked to my utility account: Call Customer Service during regular business hours or complete the Link My Phone Number to My Utility Account form.
